The Co-operative work closely on a number of secondary schools' careers offering. After receiving feedback that their previous years' had been too dry and not engaging, they reached out.
We co-created 'YouTube style' content to prime students about various careers ahead of lessons. We also worked alongside Co-op staff and schools' teacher to develop engaging lesson plans for the schools' virtual work experience week.
This boosted students' reception of the programme and we're pleased to be working with the Co-operative on their secondary and primary offering next year.
The Co-operative
The European Economic and Social Committee wanted to increase engagement from groups of young people that traditionally don't engage with politics. As part of their engagement plans, EESC wanted to run a event. Through a mutual connection, they got in touch.
In order to ensure the one-hundred and twenty young participants were engaged, we, along others, emceed and facilitated the event in London.
The feedback from participants was excellent and we were able young people from a variety of backgrounds. The effective facilitation was described as a highlight of the event.
